A Recent Mini-Review
"Umm, this isn't bad, and it's clear Araki is trying to do something more in line with Mysterious Skin (a movie I love), but I'm of the opinion that Mysterious Skin is much, much better. The problem here is the acting. Shailene Woodley is great, but Eva Green's overacting is unintentionally hilarious (which is sad, because this is the first "real" role I've seen her play), and something about Christopher Meloni's wooden performance makes me think he should go back to working on Law and Order.
