Apparently meant to be a Bond spoof, but it's more of an Austin Powers spoof 30 years early. The stop-motion opening credits are the best part of the movie, and are somehow the least cartoony. There's a lot of wackiness and stupidity on display, but Vincent Price manages to be funnier in his scenes as a pseudo-Bond villain than the rest of the characters put together.

Out of all the horrible beach movies, this one stands out as it stars Vincent Price. Also, it pokes fun at other movies. It's a lot funnier than the other "bikini" movies. I enjoyed it even though it's silly.

It's bad but somewhat charming for most of its runtime but the chase scene is something else. Most points for that.

It's an incredibly poor movie with many stupid jokes and two extremely bland guys in the lead, but it does also have a few redeeming moments, mostly involving Price or the gorgeous Susan Hart. Some might like it for its camp-cult vibe. At least it's as bad as its sequel.
