"Redline" is an auto/action thriller that features the personal exotic car collection of the producer, real estate investor Daniel Sadek. Sadek who is financing the $26 million movie used his own cars including a Phantom Rolls Royce, Lamborghini Murcielago, Enzo Ferrari, Ferrari F430, Ferrari Scaglietti and two Mercedes SLR McLarens. Sadek's $450,000 Porsche Carrera GT is actually crashed during one sequence. Eddie Griffin accidentally crashed and destroyed the Enzo Ferrari, one of only 400 ever produced. (imdb)

The 2008 global financial crisis explained, and Exhibit A in the trial of the contemporary industrial model. Furthermore, rarely has the function of women been so exclusively limited to decorative purposes.

Almost entirely lousy. Eddie Griffin was annoying. Angus Macfadyen insane. Don't try to take this movie seriously, or it will disappoint. Expect a incredibly stupid plot, super cheesy script, bad special effects, and very poor acting. On the bright side, they did show some pretty decent cars, and wrecked a few of them for real. I think this movie would have been a lot better if the music and sound track was not so horrendously bad. Also, if the plot did not suck.

Anybody who saw this expecting any semblance of a film and they must be really disappointed in porn. This was car porn and 60 for there being not enough of it and too much attempt at plot.

"Redline continues the mind-boggling trend of films that choose to justify their existence by piling on layer after layer of meaningless excess." - Rob Humanick

The score reflects the fact I was in a generous mood at the time.
