Cannibal Girls

Tepid horror film is a fairly derivative typical 70s slasher film with some Hammer-like touches; only notable as Reitman's debut, and interesting as a career signpost before he turned a complete 180 into more mainstream comedy vehicles. Given the almost complete lack of tension here, that's probably a good thing! Fun to see a young Levy and Martin, however neither is used to their best advantage.

Watched this quite a long time ago and don't remember too much about it except that it was decent enough. Funny hearing Levy and Martin and then seeing them with such young and very 70s faces. Had no idea until recently that this was directed by Reitman of comedy and fantasy fame.

There are way to many slow spots in this movie. This film has a really low budget and it shows. Overall this movie is disappointing.

Having a young Eugene Levy didn't even make this any better.
