The great hypnotist Professor Montserrat has developed a technique for controlling the minds, and sharing the sensations, of his subjects. The biggest flaw in this film (apart from the predictable plot, crappy acting and the fact that poor old Boris Karloff looks about ready to kick the bucket at any moment) is that the characters lack motivation. They do things for no reason, other than to drive the plot forward. There's one exception, when Ian Ogilvy listens to a Cliff Richard song and then goes on a stabbing spree a few minutes later. Anyone who's ever heard Cliff Richard will surely understand his urge to kill.

Goes from moderately boring to hilariously contrived. I lost count of all the cliches
