Les dents du singe

Charmingly surreal but a bit too whimsical for me.

So, a monkey overcomes the fath.., er, dentist and restores the chaps pen.., er teeth, it's a way to spend 10 mins.

The material could have made for an intriguing short film, but the animation here, apparently aiming to imitate 'naive' artists, is pretty shit. Then, I don't know why we need the live action preface, telling us about the mental patients who conceived the film, but it starts to feel strangely like a novelty. In such instances I feel the only naivety is on the part of the egotistical artists.
