Farewell to Nostradamus

Starts off fun and gets absurd in all the good ways. Nice cross between Miyazaki's version of Lupin and the more violent '90s version. It's mostly Lupin going solo in this but each member of the team gets at least some screen time.

The pacing never lets up and there's always some crazy set piece going on even if the setup for it has no buildup or makes zero sense. As far as Lupin flicks go, this was pretty middling; I was never bored due to the rapid pacing, but it never strikes any highs with its action or character chemistry as other Lupin fare does. I just came out of this feeling like I watched another Lupin film, and honestly, that's simply what this is at the end of the day.
