Kick-heart

All style, very little plot, kind of dull overall. Meh.

Admittedly I'm a big pro-wrestling fan so the idea of love in the squared circle appeals to me. This doesn't have the traditional style of Japanese anime, which is nice, but it tells its tale mostly with visuals as there isn't much dialogue. It's easy to follow, and it's wonderfully insane. I'll probably like this more than a lot of people but there it is.

The wrestling sequences were top notch. Not the usual style you're used to out of Japan, imo. More akin to the works of someone like Plympton.

Really shitty I hated everything about this.

Yuasa is a visual genius. Funny story, nicely executed.
