Journo Chitra Narayan (Simran) comes in possession of evidence which ties the murder of a high-end call girl Anita Kulkarni (Nirosha) to powerful Delhi politician Paul B. Isaac (Devan). However, Paul frames Chitra's boyfriend Kiran Varma (Akshay Anand) for the crime, by digitally swapping his face with Kiran's in the crime video. Escaping Paul, Chitra ends up in Madras, where she is sheltered by computer whiz & businessman Satheesh Menon (Mammootty), who also uncovers the video alteration. (Summary by iceblox)
