The Dark Sorcerer

Surprisingly clever.

Loaded with hilarious dialogues and fantastic voice work, David Cage's "The Dark Sorcerer" is a surprisingly and refreshingly enjoyable affair boasting a great, deliciously meta main idea, excellent video game visuals (not the most common choice for an animated film) and perfect comic timing. The three on-screen characters of the Dark Sorcerer, the Goblin and the Demon are really memorable, the build-up of the humour is expertly done and the resolution is up to snuff. Very well made all around.
