Summary: A traffic accident strings together the life of a group of people from differing backgrounds. In Kochi, rookie journalist Reihan (Vineeth Sreenivasan), on the deathbed after an accident, is taken off life support to remove his heart, to be rushed to Palakkad to be transplanted into the body of movie star Siddarth's sick daughter (Namitha Pramod). With 150 kms to cover in 2 hours with crowded roads & towns along the way, the arduous task is taken up by disgraced traffic cop Sudevan (Sreenivasan).
