		<description>I wonder how long it will be before they crack it.
It&#039;s a dumbass idea. Why not &lt;strong&gt;sell the movies&lt;/strong&gt; for $3 at &lt;strong&gt;lower quality&lt;/strong&gt; than DVD or HDVD? You get to keep the movie (which you have paid for already anyway), yes you might copy it to your friends, but &lt;strong&gt;pirated films are lower quality&lt;/strong&gt; anyway, unless you download a DVD rip. 

The main problems the movie and music industry faces is their &lt;strong&gt;products are too expensive&lt;/strong&gt; and they &lt;strong&gt;offer no incentive to buy the DVD or CD&lt;/strong&gt;. This is where the games industry was smart - realise that you can&#039;t prevent people from pirating, but give them &lt;strong&gt;added value when they buy legitimate product&lt;/strong&gt;, ie updates and forum priveleges.
