Amazon just announced a new video on demand feature, replacing their Unbox service.
There are a number of ways to watch your Amazon Video On Demand movies and TV shows on your television set. If you have a broadband-connected Compatible Device such as a TiVo or Sony BRAVIA Internet Video Link, you can purchase and watch titles directly on your TV. Or you can hook up your PC to your TV via any number of other devices or cabling options.
In addition to watching instantly online, you can also download videos from Amazon Video On Demand to your Windows PC and watch them with the Unbox Video Player or with a compatible portable video device. They won’t play on iPods though. And if you are owner of an Xbox, you’ll be excited to hear that you can access Amazon Video on demand from your console.
