Indy, Schmindy. For true value in this week’s batch of releases new to DVD, it’s better to look outside of Hollywood, at least according to the users of Criticker. The three best-rated new releases come from Romania, Germany and Kazakhstan (yes: Kazakhstan). In particular, the abortion drama 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days received massive praise from both critics and public, and racked up all sorts of awards, including the Golden Globe for best foreign-language picture.
