If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll have noticed a lot of little changes we’ve been making to Criticker in 2010, designed to make the site more attractive and easier to use.
The latest page to get a revamp is the User Profile page (when you’re on other users’ pages, not your own). It’s changed a lot, for the better.

Here’s a quick rundown of the changes:
1) Expanded, cleaner information & bio area
2) No more ugly “dropdown” boxes
3) Dynamic film list, with multiple choices
4) New Enhancement: Featured Reviews – basically implementing the suggestion proposed here. We’ll be writing more about this later.

We hope you like these changes as much as we do, and agree that they greatly improve the functionality and appearance of the page. The personal User Profile page will be updated soon, too, in a similar fashion.

your films in common don’t work (Difference of 0: you totally agree) when i click that nothing happens.
I think i like changes
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! and Awesome!
@wicked: Thanks for pointing that out! It was broken by a last minute change, and should work now.
Great changes, looks much better now!
This is great, thanks. Like with the favourite moviemakers though, I’d like it if we could pick the order in which the featured films are displayed.
I’m digging it, nice job.
I usually hate those changes the 1st day but get used to it the 2nd one.
So today: not bad…
Last year I used Criticker as my model for a semester-long project in an Interaction Design course. I like movies and all, but I use the site almost daily because something about the layout and presentation here is really addictive and fun.
That said, everything looks so much better today than it did even a year ago. Can’t wait to see what else you guys have in store. Thanks.
