The best new DVD this week comes out of Thailand. Not too many Criticker users have seen Warriors of the Rainbow, but those who have seem to agree that it’s excellent. The new documentary on Bob Marley has also earned high marks — which is better than can be said of the biggest new DVD on shelves this week: The Lorax, which Criticker users sum up as “boring” and “in favor of trees”.
A 12-year-old boy searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams. To find it he must discover the story of the Lorax, the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world.
