With some fair characters and an actually interesting story (for a sequel), this movie has enough to be watchable without bringing your breakfast back up. Some clever jokes sprinkled in and it's enough to end up on my shelf if I find it in a discount bin somewhere.

Interesting follow-up to the original, tries to capture the original style and feel of the first one, but that was 40 years ago and things have TOTALLY changed. Somewhat intresting subplot about Cruella teaming up with a modernist artist crazy about black spots!
