A decent popcorn flick if you enjoy Bruce Willis and action-type movies.

A bit black and white, a bit predictable, very hollywood, but an OK film. Bruce Willis is pretty good and even though I can see how Mos Def's character might anoy the crap out of some people he's not all that bad eighter. Solid entertainment for a boring night.

The main actors put in a minimum amount of effort for roles that have a minimum amount of depth to them and the rest of the movie is like that. Everything about this is cliche as hell, it even ends with the old secret tape recorder trick. Almost offensive in how boring it is.

Nothing special, but it is moderately exciting and it features two very good lead performances.

Mos Def is pretty funny and Bruce Willis plays a fairly convincing "washed-up cop," but the film is far from memorable.

mos def was stellar, he played a tough role which is a total opposite of who he really is.

I watched the first 20 minutes of this film before I promptly ripped it out of my DVD player. For those of you who watched it - I can only hope it got better towards the end.

Far more endearing than your average Bruce Willis flick, this is definitely worth at least one viewing. Mos Def is actually pretty good, playing the strings of comedy and tragedy with surprising aptitude and balance.

I watch action movies very rarely, but the drama aspect makes this one special. We get to know a cop with some kind of a depression who - at first - acts very rude, but his reasons for this kind of behaviour will surface. Bruce Willis sometimes changes his face expressions here which I consider a great landmark for him. Mos Def is ok, I don't know why some people complain - his voice is a little bit strange, but it's not his fault so don't blame the man. He acts ok. The bakery motive is sweet :)
