Summary: A young drifter enters strangers' houses - and lives - while owners are away. He spends a night or a day squatting in, repaying their unwitting hospitality by doing laundry or small repairs. Beautiful movie. I love the relationship between the two main characters. It's sweet. The ending is brilliant. I also like the fact that there's so little dialogue, and it works
Very beautiful film. Don't know what to say, really, other than I thought it had a filmic rhythm, that made it extra intense. Needless to point out how well-written it is, since both main characters hardly say a word and yet we understand them so well. I especially loved the scenes in the prison, where the movie becomes somewhat spiritual - thereby hinting the point of the whole film. Sublime.
Definitely full of surprises and some mystery. You would hardly compare it to anything you have seen before, this is really masterpiece. And the music! Oh. Amazing.
The jail scene where the main character has an eye draw on his hand is brilliant, the film really gains momentum from that point on. Before that point, however, I was somewhat bored, and the pretentious quote at the end didn't help either. All in all it's a refreshingly pleasant and subtle romance but nothing more.
speech in the movie are very limited. especially the main character does not talk at all. i expected the visuals to be more flashy in order to keep up. the camera focuses on the characaters and yes there is a touching, fantastic love story there but because of the lack of visual presentation, i unable to comprehend the purpose and progress of the story. may be there wasn't one...
