Summary: Four angry young men - Aravind (Arun), Vivek (Bharath), Eshwar (Arjun) & Shafeeq (Padma Kumar) - turn vigilantes against the corruption & evils in the society & form a clique called '4 The People' to take out corrupt officials by cutting off their hands or fingers. SP Rajan Mathew (Narein) gets handed over their case & tries to hunt them down. Aravind feigns love towards Rajan's sister Teena (Pranathi), allowing them to spy on Rajan's plans & keeping them ahead of the cops who are after them. (by iceblox)

Although, propelled by the mega-hit number "Lajjavathiye", '4 The People' became one of the biggest blockbusters of Malayalam cinema in 2004, if you take that song out of the picture, the movie is just so-so, and mostly amateurish. The movie tries to be too cool, but doesn't quite make it. The songs, which made the movie a hit, also seems forced into the movie and out of place.
