Summary: Dennis Nordell joins the police force with a long-range goal; use the knowledge he gains to pursue a career of undetected crime. A rookie cop uses his inside information to help a gang steal liquor. One of the better entries in the series due to Losey's direction. There's almost enough story here to fill a feature film, if the characters were fleshed out more.
