Summary: When the FBI discovers that Italian police officers Gianna Amicucci (Edwige Fenech) and Alvaro Tarallo (Alvaro Vitali) are dead ringers for the notorious Big John’s (Aldo Maccione) girlfriend and bodyguard, they task the two cops with infiltrating the drug lord’s inner circle.
