Summary: Achuthankutty Nair (Nedumudi Venu), an edgy, overprotective man, lived with a tight grip on his wife Rugmini (Rohini Hattangadi) & daughters Ashwathy (Rohini) & Karthika & oft picked fights with the tenants of the neighboring men's hostel, with their leader Vipin (Balachandra Menon) being Achuthankutty's prime adversary.
