The moment where it goes to slow motion with sad music while a woman is raped, but immediately zooms right in on her bare breasts kind of puts the busted moral compass of the Mondo movement into relief. What a great score, though.

A very difficult film to review. It's brutal and way over the top: at times it seems to make keen and poignant observations about slavery's brutal history, at others the camera leers and makes you feel really dirty. It's a very well crafted film, with swooping cameras, intense and dynamic action sequences, and pretty good editing. It's worth seeing, if you can stomach it, though I can't promise that you'll like it.

I have now viewed both versions of this film, either way you're looking at a non-stop orgy of boobies and mayhem. I spent the entire time watching this movie looking like this: :/, THE THEME SONG IS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD. You'll probably end up loving it because they play different versions of it over and over throughout . This is the BEST WORST MOVIE. The ending is something else.
