Plodding, directionless mess. Bussière's terrible performance and awful manner of speaking cancels out any saving grace Malkovich could have provided.

I thought it would be more emotional. Build more suspense. It's nice but it could be much better.

Please Bourdos, there's much more art that can be done to explore these themes.

A huge disappointment. The Musso's book was brilliant, but the filming definitely has a range of disaster. Conflict between Nathan and his father-in-law which is one of the most important issue in whole story was just omitted. Besides, actors were unconvincing -- yes, Malkovich "the Great" too. Maybe one, little advantage -- pretty tolerable music.

Not perfect, but a watchable and under-appreciated supernatural drama.

Cruelly boring total nonsense.

Supposed to be based on a thriller, intentionally or not, this is a drama, and a drab one at that.
