An improvement on the first Cody Banks film and I think it was thanks to Anthony Anderson who provided some comical relief to the film that I'm sure kids would have appreciated. Still heavily aimed at a younger audience like the first film, but not as silly this time 'round. Good storyline and general concept as well, with London looking rather good as the location. Overall it will keep the kids amused, and while it might be too childish for teens and adults I still managed to enjoy it :)
