Summary: Ajayan (Mammootty), a rich businessman who rose to the top by ruthlessly mowing down everyone in his path, gets besotted with his new secretary Ambili (Supriya Pathak) & proposes marriage. However, when he learns that Ambili had a boyfriend, Ashok (Mukesh), Ajayan goes wild with rage & threatens to kill Ashok.
