Alexandra's Project would be a rattling experience for men, but on the other hand, it might just be the feel good film for all those ignored wifes out there. Frankly, I don't know what to make out of the film. On one hand, it's sluggish pace makes it difficult to sit through. On the other, the obvious element of unpredictability which unscrambles in the 'videotape' will stop you from hitting the 'Stop' button, simply because the movie is quite an electric jolt, particularly for guys.

Surprisingly gripping despite how unbelievable it was. *spoilers* I don't buy that a mother would deprive her children of an admittedly decent father. Or become a dominatrix after already being fed up of being used for her body. The "live feed" to force Steve to watch at the end is gimmicky. The would-be piercing, masturbation and client knocking at the end are all completely gratuitous.

Sensational concept, but poorly executed. A great shame.
