Summary: Originally called "Human in Chains", this Josh Becker and Robert Tapert written work has an astronaut doctor Ivan Hood (Bruce Campbell) and his fellow astronaut Kelly (Renee O'Connor) returning from their mission in space, to find the world has been taken over by Aliens. Now Dr.Ivan Hood and Kelly must lead a revolution to free the human slaves from their Alien masters. (imdb)

Couldn't stop laughing everytime I saw an alien. Already when the film starts, you know it'll be AMAZING. Campbell was boss, he's just too cool. Also: "That is our favourite delicassy, next to wood"'. Just sayin'.. it's simply fantastic

It's painful to read the reviews from people who just dont get this type of movie and try to review it as a serious horror film. This is pure and pointed Z Movie to the core and done with mounds of cheese and charm. You either get what it's doing or you don't and it does what it intends to do expertly.

Bruce Campbell stars in this Made-for-TV movie about a future earth enslaved by human sized alien bugs. Micro budgeted and boasting production values that makes Xena seem extravagant, this was also filmed in Bulgaria, using mostly local actors who had their voices dubbed in English in post-production. A couple of good one liners from Bruce, but otherwise this is truly abysmal. The bug creatures look very frail and not menacing at all. Camp value only.
