Summary: A grocery store becomes a landscape for an intergalactic battle. As the Hastings Market closes down for the night, its lingering shoppers become hostages for a crack military unit that takes control of the store. The team seeks out the deadly alien intruders lurking in the aisles, with the power to inhabit the bodies of humans.
Wow is the acting ever horrible. Standard b-movie story, standard b-movie special-effects, substandard b-movie writing, substandard b-movie acting. It LOOKS pretty but there's about six total shots in the movie it seems, everything is seen coming a mile away so there's zero tension and you don't care about any goddamn idiot in this movie. It's so utterly mediocre you can't laugh at it or enjoy it, there's much worse and much better b-movies out there for each spectrum.
I'm not a big sci-fi fan, but this was an enjoyable flick. The acting's not the greatest and the plot is a bit thin, but this was a fun and somewhat tense movie. Ben Rock was able to create quite an experience with a limited budget and a limited script.
