Saw this 8 years ago at a festival and remembered it as being (involuntary) funny and action packed. Well, my Alzheimer's is apparently getting worse because the story moves forward slower than most continents and there is literally no development going on plot- and character wise for the first 40 minutes. Then very little happens for the next 75 minutes. Acting is sub-par even for Asian B-movie standards. Go watch 'Versus' instead.
