Summary: Mukundan Menon (Gopi), the newly-appointed government veterinary surgeon of the village, lives with his wife Savithri (K.R. Vijaya) & mother (Rajam K. Nair). Mukundan befriends Kuttan Thampuran (Nedumudi), a bachelor womanizer who seemed to constantly get his way with women. Envious at Kuttan's exploits & goaded by Kuttan, Mukundan decides to try his hand at adultery, but chickens out at the last moment. Savithri however, gets wind of it & this causes friction between Savithri & Mukundan. (by iceblox)
