There was something a bit lacking that I can't put my finger on. Still the marriage of sound and stock footage is done well and I got some commentary about warmongering and blind patriotism out of it.

Bruce Conner has lead to a lot of people using "ironic" 50's and 60's footage to make a blunt political point, what they don't realize is that at his most unsubtle, Conner used footage with a finesse and playfulness that most half-brained editors with a copy of imovie could ever hope to achieve.

I like Bruce Connor. Probably most people won't.
