Not hard to see why this one made 10 times less money than either of its predecessors; I've seen better acting, fighting, and story in 8-bit beat em' up video games, nevermind actual movies. Hundreds of awful continuity errors/mind-less sequences throughout, too.

The lack of Michael Dudikoff is heartbreaking! The new guy seems to actually have some moves, but he's still a snooze. Unlike the first two movies, this one doesn't have a single intentionally funny thing in it, and the unintentional hilarity isn't as rampant as it was in AN2. For the most part, it's just bad and nonsensical. And that piano makes the fight scenes in the middle of the film almost unwatchable. What's "I resemble that remark!" supposed to mean, Jackson?
