A lot of the scenes, dialogue, and "acting" is painful, cringe-worthy stuff. At times, I started thinking it was trying to be a parody, until realizing that it was actually just THAT bad. The lead, David Bradley, actually has way less charisma and screen presence than previous American Ninja Michael Dudikoff, an incredible achievement, considering Dudikoff was practically a deaf mute with neither acting nor martial arts ability. And oh yeah, the fights suck, too.
