Summary: Marine biologist Skylar Shane hires an expat charter boat captain, Jack Bowman, to help her find prehistoric life form samples in the north Sumatran Sea. During the expedition, they run into some of Jack's 'friends', a gang of smugglers headquartered on a fishing platform in the middle of the sea. Tamal, an orphan sold into servitude on the fishing platform by his uncle, a 'Dukun' (sorcerer and master of black magic) shaman, begs Skylar to take him away. (by )

The script is ridiculously bad, it's hard to believe anyone wrote that and thought "ok that looks good!" and the performances are equally as bad, a terrible movie all round not worthy of your time let alone your money.

Is Michael Paré the worst actor of all time? He definitely gives that title a shot for is money here. In fact, the whole cast is uniformly talentless. This is the sort of film that you either find genius or horrendous. I'm in the last camp - but I must admit that this is so extremely bad that it's hard not to find it somewhat amusing.
