Summary: Premachandran aka Preman (Jayaram), a BCom grad, takes up the job of a driver at the house of brothers Kuttan Bava (Narendra Prasad) & younger Kunjan Bava (Rajan P. Dev). When Kuttan's daughter Ammu (Kasturi) & Kunjan's daughter Malu (Sangeetha) makes amorous overtures towards the handsome & educated Preman, he responds to keep his job, but finally resulting in Kuttan & Kunjan fixing his marriage with their respective daughters, not aware of each other's plans, with Preman torn between them.
