Summary: An old-fashioned, lakeside hotel targeted for purchase by an unsavory gambling casino promoter and situated next to a construction site, is attacked by an army of poisonous ants. Efforts to contain the ants and rescue those trapped in the hotel are hampered by the progress of the creepy crawlers upward from floor to floor. (imdb)

One of the first VHS films I ever rented. Those times it was cool but would not be ranked high on my horror movie list nowadays. Can you imagine: killer ants in small American town!

Suzanne Somers really gets covered from head to toe in this typical 70's made for TV "horror." You have to give these actors full credit for letting themselves literally be covered with ants.

Do not be fooled by the VHS-release box art. There is no blonde with large breasts who gets covered by killer ants. This is really a '70s TV production, so you don't even get any gratuitous nudity
