It's got kind of a "Fox and the Hound" vibe going for it, but on a waaaayyyy different level. Like, to the point that I wonder if this movie is supposed to have gay undertones, or if it really intended to only be a children's movie with no such political message. At any rate, the animation's pretty good and unique, especially by anime standards, and toward the end it gets pretty emotional. Worth watching.
