TV producer Ivan Tors whipped up this well-made but dull undersea adventure flick to exploit a sub-full of familiar small-screen faces, not to mention Bond girl Eaton. The climactic attack by a gigantic electric eel helps but this is still little more than a well-cast sleeping pill.
