Summary: For every situation that arises in the village he lives in, the local schoolteacher has some Marxist saying or maxim which he thinks will improve things. However, nothing he says is to the point; neither is it any help. His big plan is to turn the village into a tourist trap, but he is defeated by the townspeople after wresting electrical service and new appliances from the higher authorities for them.
