Summary: Vasundhara Menon (Srividya), a retired judge, had always ruled over everyone, including her family. So when her son Balakrishnan aka Balan (Mohanlal) falls in love with his office amanuensis Geetha (Shobana), Vasundhara fights tooth & nail to break the relationship & to get him married to someone she chose. When Balan threatened to leave home, Vasundhara relents & agrees, but after the marriage, she teams up with her daughter Sulochana (Sumithra) to wreck Balan & Geetha's married life. (by iceblox)
