A peculiar film. Amid all the talk about the violence and explicit sex scenes, the most important question about "Baise-moi" is often forgotten; Namely is it any good? Clearly the answer is "no". In its vein attempts at being artistic and thoughtful, this film just ends up a mess, with a daft narrative and frankly ridiculous characters. A poor film, that makes a half-hearted attempt at highlighting the serious injustices of society and fucks it up with bad acting, writing and direction.

I had an image in my mind of a really intense, off-beat sex and violence filled Kill Bill-esque thriller... instead it sucked. I hated the protagonists. Both of them, (before meeting) kill a perfectly nice and rational friend after PMSing at them. I don't like movies where the main characters are irrational and cold bitches.

What a crap! The only good thing about this film is that on which a scene is seen on TV of ''I Stand Alone'' movie, by Gaspar Noe.

A terrifically nasty, mean-spirited, immoral, misandric, and largely misinterpreted exploitation film regarded the degenerating society that is the romantic shit-stain of France.

Apart from the objectionable sexual content and the implausible storyline, this is just a really badly made film. Unimaginative photography, lazy editing, crappy dialogue, bad acting, awful music... the list goes on and on. It's cheap and nasty in every sense. The only decent bit was the dancing scene, which was the only spark of actual humanity in the entire film.

I think people go a bit overboard on how bad this film is but yes, it's very amateur and juvenile. Drugs, sex, violence, but with women who are outsiders associate with awful men that send them on a rampage. A lot of the sex is shoe-horned in there. It's not very good.

Even I could come up with better stories involving those fucked-up nihilists. The script stemming from such a vast playground must not be that tasteless.

And so you thought that all great european sleaze/ exploitation movies were made in the 70's? Well... Check this one out. A tale of rape, revenge and overall nihilistic hatred that would make Thelma and Louise blush.

Films are film and porn is porn. This is proof of why the two should not meet.

Fuck, fuck. Bang, bang. Fuck, fuck. Die, die. And that's the whole story.

Just no redeeming qualities. If they wanted to make a porn film they should have just done that. Instead it's just a badly scripted, acted, and shot film about two women who decide to randomly kill people. And it's shot with a shitty digital camera so it looks like a high school project.

Plot=penis/gun/penis/gun/penis/gun and some pretentious french crap about the juxtaposition of sexes and power etc. Also tits. If you want to see a pretentious french nihilistic movie go watch '13 tzametti'.

I was so bored by that Movie. Everyone told me that I´ve to take a look at the great Baise-Moi, but the question is...why ????

Entertaining, but doesn't really have any wholesome value as a film.
