Its not terrible. Just a nothing action flick. Random pacing and fairly forgettable. Couple of nice shots.

I certainly had no expectations of this being good, but it still someone failed to deliver on my those low expectations. First of all, the movie is entirely too dark, I couldn't see anything half the time. For an action movie there is barely any action, virtually everything is just planning leading up to some fast driving. The end is hilariously ridiculous and is completely out of line with the way Nic Cage's character had been set up.

Simply put, another one of Nicholas Cage's attempts at remaining relevant in Hollywood. The biggest draw is the theatrical ending that was replaced.

God this movie was awkward to watch, basically just because of Cage. And his hair ughhh

Despite its negative reputation, it's not a terrible film, just a redundant one; aside from a brave ending, it has little else of worth except a solidly made 90 minutes to kill time with. Nicolas Cage being dumbfounded by a baby elephant is hilarious though.

Nic Cage romps through this stylish action flick based on the 1999 Thai film of the same name. Written and directed by the Pang Brothers, makers of the original, there remains a lot of similar threads between the movie but with a much more Americanized tone.
