Well plotted and the final action scenes are remarkable, but it doesn't stick with you long.

vidor has done much better, but still, dont give this one a miss. the missing reel does take away from it, but the story is intact. if you want a silent action--with great swordplay watch "the mark of zorro", but if you want a decent romance/drama that includes swordplay watch this.
