A slightly below average 50's melodrama. I can't recall the film making me feel very engaged or interested in the story. Those wanting to know more about the life of F. Scott Fitzgerald will learn very little, as this movie is 1) set at the very end of his life and 2) a love story that has no interest in being a biopic. I would only recommend this to hardcore King, Kerr or Peck fans (I am the latter), though they have each done much better films.
