Summary: Mohan (Mammootty), a school teacher, who was crazy about acting, jeopardizes his teaching career & family in search of a role. After being told by a director that Mohan needs to know the characters better for a violent crime movie the director was planning, Mohan joins a criminal gang to observe them in the hope of bagging a role in the movie, but soon is unwittingly drawn himself into the world of crime.
