I'm sorry to say that this isn't the actual pronunciation of Hansel at least not for an German audience. But the confusion is great anyway.

This one is... *almost*... clever. The sight of Bugs Bunny doing something heroic is almost as weird as Richard E. Grant playing a hero in _Warlock_. Also, the closing line brought a smile to my face, which is one more smile than I have gotten from the last dozen or so Warner Brothers cartoons I have seen

I love how thoroughly confused the characters get when they hear the actual pronounciation of Hansel.

Funny bugs short.

I like how different this is from the standard Bugs cartoons, with a fairy tale setting instead of a usual forest one. Furthermore, Witch Hazel is a far more effective, funny antagonist than someone like Elmer Fudd. Her gleeful expressions, caricatured appearance, and bizarre magical powers are all hilarious, especially when a tall, asshole bunny outsmarts her. All that being said, this could have used more well-written jokes, not just sight gags. Overall though, a decent short.
