Summary: P. T. Zacharia (Jagathi), a middle-aged financier who runs 'Kuttiparambil Financiers', lives with his wife Moly (Urvashi) & daughter Teena (Sruthi Lakshmi). However, after seeing the lifestyle of his womanizer friend Girijavallaba Menon (Mukesh), who was only 5 years younger than him, Zacharia feels frustrated with his life. Goaded by Girija, Zacharia tries to look young & fall into an affair with a younger woman, Urmila (Jyothirmayi). However, Zacharia soon gets trapped in an extortion racket. (by iceblox)
