I was rolling my eyes a bit at the beginning of this movie--it's a bit of a bumpy start--but I did find myself caring about the characters by the end. I would have liked it if they had spent a little less time on their thesis and put some more time into the comedy, because it needed more and the bits that were there were pretty damn funny--especially Ken Zorbell trying to climb down the ladder as Cyrano. The leads were good in general, but Amy Smart had some abominable cutesy dialogue.

I really don't know what the point of this movie was.

gets extra points for having Patty Duke in the cast. Unfortunately, it has nothing else going for it.
